Bradley Cooper turns 41 today! In this day and age voice acting has become just as important as live-acting and there are too many films to pick from for this dude, so let's just concentrate on one of our favorite Marvel flicks that used Cooper's flare for one of the best characters to hit the screen in the last five years; Rocket Raccoon.

Marvel took a huge gamble on this film when they began production on it back in 2013. Going into the Marvel closet and pulling out characters that no one really knew or remembered (unless you are a true die-hard Marvel fan), in the hopes to bring into the MCU the outer space section of the Marvel Comics Universe (something that needs to happen eventually in order for Marvel to complete it's transition from page to screen. Many of their characters and universally historical plot-arks eventually will need to do a lot of work in outer space), was a very gutsy move and they nailed it.

Chris Pratt, plays Star-Lord, a human kidnapped from Earth as a kid, ends up leading a band of criminals, turned anti-heroes, turned heroes. This is probably Vin Diesel's best film ever, because he only has to voice-act and say, "I am Groot"! But, for my money the best work and best character comes from Bradley Cooper, the voice of Rocket Raccoon. Rocket is my favorite.
Director, James Gunn's venture was a big success. Parts of this film has already entrenched itself into our popular culture, most notably Star-Lord's Walkman Playlist that everybody wants. This is a must-see film. It is always interesting watching virtually unknown characters and plot ideas thrive at the multi-plexes. This film would make a killing at the box-office and win the hearts of critics and fans everywhere.
